Step 2 – Foundation course
In order to make the most of your Crossfit training you first need to understand the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit’s programming through our foundations course. Once you are competent in these movements you are able to start working out in our regular class timetable.
1:1 Foundations Course
Our 1:1 foundation courses is held at a time that suits you, the course consists of a 60-90 minute session with our experienced coaching team to develop your weightlifting skills to ensure you hit the ground running with your Crossfit journey !
