Hyrox is the perfect complement to structured CrossFit training, offering a unique, scalable, and performance-driven approach to fitness. With its race-style format and functional movements, Hyrox adds variety and intensity to your routine
Open Gym
Open Gym is just that. A chance for you to come in and use the gym to follow our program or your own, you decide !
CrossFit Lite
If you like your cardio or want to build an engine, this one is for you, think running, rowing, wall balls, box jumps, kettlebells, dumbbells and more.
Youth Development Academy
Our Youth Development Academy is designed for teens aged 13–18 to build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness and performance.
